Instant Yeast is a great choice when bread-making. Presented in small granules and vacuum packed, it contains only 5% water content. Versatile and easy enough to use, with no cooling needed and a high rising power 3 times more efficient than fresh yeast.

Details:

It should be poured directly into the flour before adding salt and/or margarine. The regular bread-making process should be performed, watching a proper dough hydration in order to achieve an ideal gluten and texture.
